Sunbae (Sunrise Bumble Bee Tomatoes). Yellow with orange stria. Sweet!

Tried out this technique for folded biscuits from “Baker Betty”. Here are a couple photos of the result. Not sure why they tumbled sideways. But they did have these great flaky layers.
