Very nice soft white enriched loaf from Feast and Farm Cook recipe and instructions. I’ve baked it many times. My pasture raised organic eggs add a tint of yellow to the white bread flour.  I always need to tent the loaf with foil to control the over-browning of the upper crust. My 9X5 loaf pan is required for this size recipe.

I just made a sandwich using this Amish bread and oven-roasted corned beef brisket, with Irish Cheddar, and horseradish. Also, a side of pickled onions as from Ethan Chlebowski. The only thing missing was a great Canadian beer which I didn’t have at this moment; still…100% awesome bread & lunch!
