Like many people during the pandemic year of 2020 I started to experiment with making BREADS. I have made buckwheat crepes, cornbread, popovers, biscuits, and now focaccia. Sometimes I watch Ethan Chlebowski’s youtube channel. In this one he demonstrates Focaccia bread. I followed his instructions and receipt exactly. They have turned out to be amazing.
